We will happily offer an exchange or credit note for items that are returned complete and unused in the original packaging (to ensure protection while in transit). Please email or call us within 14 days of receipt of your item.
Customers will be required to organise and pay for return postage. We recommend using registered post service with insurance and prove of delivery. In the event the product is lost or damaged in return transit, Greyze Gallery doesn’t have legal obligation to provide any compensation.
Return of faulty or damaged product
We check all the pieces before posting it to you and make sure the item is securely packed for shipping. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. Faulty goods will be assessed, and we will be in contact with you to agree on the best solution.
If you make an error during the online ordering process, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue and gladly exchange the item ordered, with the item you intended to purchase. Customers will be required to pay for exchange postage.
