  • Do you have a shop that I can visit?

  • Can you provide further advice regarding a piece of jewellery that I would like to buy ?

  • Can I order a piece with slight changes?
    • Most pieces that you see in our online shop can be customised to meet your taste.  You might like a different colour or different material for your item. In most cases, we can ask artist to make it to your preference. Please email us and we will confirm possible modification and timelines for customisation.
  • Where can find out about the Artist for my jewellery?
    • On our website, we have a story section about all our Artists it includes the information about the materials and techniques that they use, along with their background and inspirations for their work. 
  • How can I find about new products ?
    • The best way to find out about new products or our new artists is follow us on Facebook and Instagram,  you can also subscribe to our newsletter. 
    • What if I am not happy with my jewellery?
      • Should you receive your order and  you are not 100% happy with it, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.  
    • How can I exchange my item?
      • Pieces purchased online can be exchanged for another item or a credit note, if returned within 14 days, in the saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. To return or exchange your piece, please email us info@greyzegallery.com  to confirm relevant information.
    • What is Greyze Gallery Return Policy?
      • We will happily offer an exchange or credit note for items that are returned complete and unused in the original packaging (to ensure protection while in transit). If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition. Please email within 14 days of receipt of your item. Customers will be required to pay for return postage. Please ensure the product is packed properly. In the event the product is lost or damaged in transit on return, Greyze Gallery doesn’t have legal obligation to provide compensation.
      •  What if I received a damaged item?
        • We check all the pieces before posting it to you and make sure the item is securely packed for posting. If a product however arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. Faulty goods will be assessed, and we will be in contact with you to agree on the best solution.
        •  Are all products available for immediate purchase?
          • Most items in our online store are available for immediate purchase  simply click ‘Add to shopping cart’ and we will ship it within 2 business days. Some pieces are made-to-order and it is indicated on the product page next to the price information.
          • What happens if I order the product that is not in stock ?
            • We take a lot of care to ensure that all items on our website are available for sale. If for some reason the item you have purchased is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order and advise you of the estimated delivery time.  All made to order items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
          • Will you re-stock the product in your online shop?
            • Most of the items at Greyze Gallery are either limited editions or just one-offs, which means that the artist will usually remake pieces that are all slightly different. However, please email us if you would like to order a piece that appears to be no longer available. We will try to arrange for the artist to make a piece, specifically for you, which is as close as possible to the original one.
          • How Made -to-order items work ?
            • When purchasing a made-to-order piece online, you will be prompted to pay the full amount, including shipping, up front. Your order will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to hand-make by the artist. In rare circumstances, the quoted price for the item may vary due to fluctuations in material costs and other factors such as size. If this occurs, we will contact you to confirm the price and delivery date before proceeding.  Once your piece has been handmade, we will send it via Express Post with tracking notification. Please note that once an order is underway, it cannot be cancelled. We cannot accept returns on made-to-order items.
          • Will my purchase arrive gift-wrapped?
            • All purchases will be packed in Greyze Gallery elegant boxes. Please advise us in the special comments at Check out  if this purchase is a gift and we can also gift wrap it  with a ribbon for you. 
          • Can I include a personalised message with my gift?
            • Please advise us in the special comments at Check out if you would like to add a special note with your gift, including your name and personalised message.
          • What currency the prices are shown in?
            • All prices featured on www.GreyzeGallery.com.au are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST (Australian Government Goods and Services Tax). Prices do not include shipping costs which are added at the check out.
          • Are there any additional fees and taxes for international shipments?
            • For any purchases being shipped internationally customer may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it may be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.
            • What are my payment options?
              • The customer is required to pay for any order placed through online shops immediately upon confirmation of the order. Greyze Gallery accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
              • Can I add an item to the cart and pay later?
                • Yes you can, however  the item will not be held for you and other customer will be able to buy it. If this happens your cart will have a product which is out of stock.
